各種法律相談

The Fukui Lawyers Association (Fukui Bengoshikai) can accpt the following legal consultations for people experiencing various legal problems. Foreign citizens with insufficient competency in Japanese who desire to make use of this service must be accompanied by interpreters.

The charged legal aid session is held every Friday at the Plaza Bansho in Toyo-cho, Tsuruga-shi for those who live in the Reinan region. Please feel free to attend it.

嶺南地方のお方は、敦賀市東洋町プラザ萬象で毎週金曜日有料相談会を実施しております。ご利用ください。

The Fukui branch of the Legal Aid Association also provides services for making payment advances for judicial trials or finding lawyers for clients unable to afford appointing a lawyer despite having good prospects of winning the lawsuit.

また、（財）法律扶助協会福井県支部では、勝訴する見込みがあるにもかかわらず資力が十分でないこと等から弁護士を委任できない方のために、裁判費用や弁護士費用の立て替えを行っています。お気軽にご相談ください。

Settlements for housing construction disputes
住宅建設の紛争解決

Said settlement is conducted by ADR （Alternative Dispute Resolution) which goes between, mediates, and arbitrates disputes regarding building operations as well as buying and selling of residences accredited by "quality evaluation" as stipulated in the "Housing Quality Security Promotion Law."

「住宅の品質確保の促進等に関する法律」によって、「性能評価」を受けた住宅の建設工事や売買についての紛争を「あっせん」「調停」「仲裁」ＡＤＲ（裁判外紛争処理機関）です。

FIA Free Legal Consultation for Foreign Reidents
ＦＩＡ　外国人のための無料相談会

The Fukui International Association provides the following free legal consultations for foreign citizens and the Japanese parties concerned. Lawyers and administrative answer participants' questions in each session. High confidentiality is maintained so clients can discuss serious issues with no worries. Applications for consultation and interpretation must be filed in advance. English, Chinese, Portuguese, and Russian interpretation is available.

（財）福井県国際交流協会では、外国人や日本人関係者を対象にした次の相談会を実施しています。いずれの相談会も弁護士や行政書士が対応します。秘密は厳守しますのでお気軽にご相談ください。相談及び通訳は、事前予約制です。対応可能言語は、英語、中国語、ポルトガル語、ロシア語です。
