I have 2 children of Japanese citizenship between my Japanese husband. He has a problem which jeopardizes our marriage. I'm thinking of getting divorced. After divorcing him, I want to obtain custody of my children. I'd like to know if I can receive welfare.
I'd also like to know about resident status after divorce. I have the resident status of "Spouse or Child of Japanese National" now.
日本人の夫との間に日本国籍の２人の子供がいる。夫に問題があり、離婚を考えている。離婚後、子供を引き取り育てて行きたい。生活保護を受けることができるかどうか知りたい。
