This association is called by the name "the Association for International
Exchange in Fukui" (hereinafter referred to as the association).
本会は、福井県国際交流関係団体連絡会（以下「連絡会」という。）と称する。 |
(Purpose)
Article 2
（目的）
第２条 |
The goals of this association is to promote cooperation between groups
for international exchange in Fukui, enhance activities for international
exchange and cooperation, and contribute to the development of international
exchange and cooperation throughout Fukui prefecture.
連絡会は、福井県内において活動している国際交流関係団体相互の連携・協力を図るとともに、国際交流・協力活動を活性化し、福井県全体の国際交流・協力活動の発展に寄与することを目的とする。 |
(Activities)
Article 3
（活動内容）

The association carries out the following for the purpose in the preceding
article.
連絡会は、前条の目的を達成するため次のことを行う。

Collect, exchange and supply information necessary for international exchange and cooperation.
国際交流・協力活動を行うための情報の収集、交換および提供 |

Strengthen ties and coordinate activities between members.
会員相互間の連携強化および連絡調整 |

Carry out activities for the development of members' quality.
会員の資質向上を目的とする活動 |

Other activities necessary for achieving the purpose of the association.
その他連絡会の目的の達成に必要な活動 |
2. The association shall not conduct activities for the purpose of commercial
gain, politics or religion.
２ 連絡会は、営利活動、政治活動および宗教活動を目的とした活動は行わないものとする。 |
(Members)
Article 4
（会員）
第４条 |
Members of this association shall be civilian groups, etc. whose purpose
is to conduct activities concerning the promotion of international exchange
and cooperation in Fukui prefecture and shall agree with the purpose of
this association. (groups that have commercial gain, politics or religion
as their main purpose are not accepted.)
連絡会の会員は、県内において国際交流・協力推進に係わる活動を実施することを目的とする民間団体等で、この連絡会の設置目的に賛同したもの（営利活動、政治活動および宗教活動を主たる目的とした活動を行う団体等を除く。）とする。 |

（入会）
第５条 |
Those who want to become a member shall submit an entrance application
to the president and gain admission from him/her.
会員になろうとするものは、入会申込書を会長に提出し、会長の承認を受けなければならない。 |
(Directors)
Article 6
（役員）

The association sets the following directors
連絡会に次の役員を置く。

2. President, vice-president and auditors are to be elected from among
the representatives of the members at the general meeting.
3. The president entrusts secretaries from among officials of the members.
２ 会長、副会長および監事は、総会において会員の代表者の中から選任する。
３ 幹事は、会長が会員の役職員の中から委嘱する。 |
(Duty of the Directors)
Article 7
（役員の職務）

The president represents the association and is in charge of the meetings.
2. The vice-president supports the president and acts in the president's
stead should the president be absent.
3. Secretaries constitute the secretary's meeting and make decisions on whether or not to carry out the association's activities.
4. Auditors conduct auditing.
会長は、連絡会を代表し、会議を統括する。
２ 副会長は、会長を補佐し、会長に事故あるとき、または、会長が欠けたときは、その職務を代行する。
３ 幹事は、幹事会を構成し、連絡会の業務の執行を決定する。
４ 監事は、会計を監査する。 |
(Term of the Directors)
Article 8
（役員の任期）
第８条 |
The term of officials is 2 years. Recommission is possible.
2. Officials conduct their duties until their successors take up their
positions, regardless of the terms and resignations.
3. The term of substitutes is the remainder of the term of their predecessors.
役員の任期は２年とし、再任を妨げない。
２ 役員は、辞任または任期終了後でも後任者が就任するまでの期間は職務を行う。
３ 補欠により就任した役員の任期は前任者の残任期間とする。 |
(Meeting)
Article 9
（会議）
第９条 |
The meetings of the association shall be the general meeting, secretary's
meeting, and sectional meeting.
2. The general meeting shall be held at least once a year.
3. The secretaries meeting shall be held occasionally.
4. The sectional meeting can be held as needed to study and discuss specific
subjects.
連絡会の会議は、総会、幹事会および分科会とする。
２ 総会は、年１回以上開催する。
３ 幹事会は、随時開催する。
４ 連絡会に特定事項を研究し、協議するため、必要に応じ分科会を設けることができる。 |
(Topics of the General Meeting)

（総会の議決事項)

The general meeting shall decide the following matters.

(Call for the Meeting)
Article 11
（会議の招集）
第１１条 |
Meetings shall be called by the president when he/she recognizes the necessity
or upon member request.
会議は、会長が必要と認めたとき、または、会員からの要請があったとき、会長が召集する。 |
(Membership Fee)
Article 12
（会費）
第１２条 |
Members shall pay membership fees.
2. Fees shall not be refunded.
会員は、会費を納入しなければならない。
２ 既に納めた会費は、返還しない。 |
(Running Cost)
Article 13
（運営経費）
第１３条 |
The running cost of the association is composed of the membership fees,
subsidies, and other incomes.
連絡会の運営経費は、会費、助成金およびその他の収入をもって充てる。 |
(Fiscal Year)
Article 14
（会計年度）
第１４条 |
The fiscal year of the association starts on April 1 every year and ends on March 31 the following year.
連絡会の会計年度は、毎年４月１日に始まり、翌年３月３１日に終わる。 |
(Office)
Article 15
（事務局）
第１５条 |
The office of the association will be temporarily placed in the Fukui International
Association.
連絡会に事務局は、当分の間、財団法人福井県国際交流協会に置く。 |
(Miscellaneous Rules)
Article 16
（雑則）
第１６条 |
In addition to these regulations, matters necessary for the management
of the association are decided by the president through decisions made
at the secretary's meeting.
この規約に定めるもののほか、連絡会の運営に必要な事項は幹事会の議を経て、会長が別に定める。 |
Supplementary Rules
附則 |
This regulation shall come into force on July 24, 1993.
この規約は、平成５年７月２４日から施行する。 |
