 Many excellent properties of titanium such as being lightweight, high-strength, non-magnetic, corrosion-resistant, resistant to heat and cold, and resistant to metal fatigue make it the ideal metal. However, titanium has been generally regarded as the metal material whose cutting work entails much difficulties. Since we started developing titanium eyewear frames, we have long accumulated abundant technical know-how on the processing techniques of titanium. This enables us to suggest the optimum manufacturing method to our clients, making full use of our wide variety of equipment. Centering on NC lathe machining, we employ various processing technologies such as five-axis machining, press work, header processing, component rolling, grinding, surface treatment, dye and jig machining, etc so that we can meet various demands of our clients.
