In the field of machining, there has been growing demand for high-mix low-volume production, production in variable quantities, and high-speed and high-precision machining. Making use of the mechanical feature of 5-axis processing machines, our self-developed 5-axis Vertical Machining Center has realized multiple processing from all directions by one single set-up. It also realized high-precision machining of various components. Moreover, our self-developed multi-pallet system and automatic tool changer with the capability to store up to 240 tools have realized not only flexible and quick response to variable kinds and quantities of the components to be processed, but long period of unmanned production.
