 ITER (International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor), a huge project to study the feasibility of nuclear fusion energy, started in 2007 under combined effort of seven nations and community worldwide. We had exclusively supplied titanium-added high-tin bronze, the material for superconducting wire used in this project. It is an innovative manufacturing method developed by our copper alloy melting technology that has enabled us to supply premium quality material with superconducting property whose conduction rate is twice as high as conventional ones.
