We developed the equipment which enables numerical control and image verification of the length of raised fabric used as the material for seats of automobiles, railroad vehicles, aircrafts, etc to an accuracy of one hundredth (1/100) mm. This equipment enables us to prevent defective products from being manufactured in advance. Moreover, it enables control through Internet connection even from afar, including monitoring. (We have been issued three national patents in Japan.) We have approximately 83% share in domestic market in the field of image processing and measuring equipment for raised fabric length and, in the foreign market, it has been adopted in the manufacturing factories of seat material in Korea, China, the United States, etc.
車、鉄道車両、航空機等のシート材に使用される起毛布の長さを1/100㎜の精度で数値管理及び画像確認ができます。この装置によってNGの発生を未然に防ぐ事ができます。また、インターネットラインで遠方でも管理することができモニターリングも可能です(日本国内特許3件取得)。起毛長画像処理測定装置は、国内シェア約83%、国外では、韓国、中国、アメリカ等のシート材生産工場で採用されています。
