Among the techniques required for foldable aluminum doors is a hinge made of aluminum extrusion. Metal hinges are generally used for doors and foldable doors. We changed the shape of vertical members of foldable doors so that they can be fitted in together and, as a result, fulfill the same function as flag hinges. In recent years, this hinge structure technique we originally developed has been the mainstream technique adopted in the same kind of products as ours manufactured by other building material manufacturers.

アルミ製折りたたみドアに必要な技術として「アルミ形材製の丁番」があります。ドアや折戸には一般的に金物丁番が用いられます。当社は折戸の縦部材の形状を変えて、縦部材同士をはめ込めるようにし、その結果、折りたたみドアがハタ丁番と同じ機能を果たすようにしました。近年、当社が独自に開発したこの丁番構造の技術は、他の建材メーカーによって製造されている当社と同種の製品にも採用される主流の技術となっています。
